We bought the bed for a 10 pound dog who was always cold and shivering in the winter. She loved it! The only problem was that her 55 pound lab "sister" also loves it--it's hilarious to see them both squeeze into it. It's a safe low heat and can be left plugged in all day and night.

My two dogs LOVE this bed! We bought it for my son's little dog who used to shiver at night; but our lab squeezes into it whenever she can. Looks like we're going to have to buy the big bed too. :)
