I have 2 Jack Russels about 12-15 pound each and they both fit in this stroller perfectly! I bought this mainly because my female has had a longtime lameness issue, but my male loves it too. He is a little timid around strange places, so he rides in the stroller and he feels safe! We don't even zip them in, just keep the leashes in our hands and they can look all around and feel like royalty! The canopy only goes up if it is really hot. Our driveway is gravel and this goes easily on it as well as over the grass and up the hills!
My only suggestion for improvement would be more padding on the floor - I add a folded up towel. I don't think I would try to put a 50-60 pound dog in this.

Best Dog Stroller...don't buy the others

I have two Shih-Chons that love to go everywhere mommy goes! This stroller is wonderful for visits to the mall, long walks (little legs don't walk nearly as far as adult legs!), and in the airport when we fly to visit Grandma! This stroller replaced another stroller that I had that was not built as well, didn't ride as smooth and didn't have enough room. Highly recommend this product - you won't regret this purchase!
